About Us

The WCA saves hundreds of lives each year. It is the go-to place for anyone in the Omaha area who is experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. Our always free, high-quality services address our clients’ immediate safety needs and help them to grow into independence over time. We are able to keep these services at no charge through generous contributions made from our community members and through events like Tribute to Women.
